Job Description We are looking for someone with excellent administrative skills to join our team in Wallingford as a Site Administrator. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support, date capture and analysis for the site operations team! Key Responsibilities: Compiling and updating regularly reports on operational department’s performance (boards, TV and KPI sheet and any other reports required). Collation, validation and processing of all payroll data impacting operational performance (hourly, salaried and agency Collate submissions and update the I safety callout database, and provide information to health & safety manager, SLT and colleagues Providing site support to Health and Safety Manager Create POs for Depts within the operational areas Support with communication activity Any other administrative duties such as label printing, posters etc Qualifications Excellent administration skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to organise work priorities. Knowledge of filing and updating records Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organisational skills Excellent customer service orientation Ability to research and analyse data effectively.
