JOB SUMMARY

The Site Administrator will provide administrative support to the project team, ensuring all documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks are completed accurately and on time. The role involves managing permit and training systems, liaising with project teams, maintaining safety records, coordinating deliveries, and supporting purchasing and timesheet processes. The position reports directly to the Project Manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a construction or engineering environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using online portals and systems for permits, training, or deliveries (advantageous)
  • High attention to detail with strong record-keeping and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams
