SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Prior experience in civil engineering (rail experience desirable but not essential)
• SMSTS certification
• A degree, HNC, or HND in civil engineering (or equivalent professional experience)
• Experience at a Site Agent or Sub Agent level within a rail/civil engineering contracting environment
• Experience working on multi-disciplinary rail and civil infrastructure maintenance frameworks
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

As Site Agent, you will be accountable for the daily management of projects ranging from £5k to £2m. Your responsibilities will include:

• Executing contracts in alignment with legislative requirements, health and safety plans, and quality standards
• Delivering projects on time and within budget
• Collaborating with site staff and managing surveyors to ensure compliance with tender allowances
• Continuously monitoring project progress against contract objectives.
