Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all architectural site works in line with approved drawings and design intent.
• Ensure high standards of execution and quality control on-site.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, MEP teams, and other disciplines to resolve site-related challenges.
• Review and approve architectural shop drawings, materials, and mock-ups.
• Monitor site progress and provide regular reports to the Project Manager.
• Ensure adherence to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural site supervision, preferably in luxury or island developments.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per mont
