3–5+ years experience in Engineering and Construction Site Supervision.

• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Stong knowledge of building codes and site safety regulations.
• Ensure that architectural plans and specifications are followed during construction.
• Interpret drawings and details, and provide on-site clarifications when needed.
• Monitor ongoing construction to ensure alignment with architectural intent and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and provide feedback or corrective measures to contractors.
• Liaise with civil, structural, MEP, and other engineering teams to resolve design and technical conflicts.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely project progress.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Review and approve materials and finishes for architectural compatibility.
• Address unforeseen issues or design changes that arise during construction.
• Propose practical solutions that maintain design integrity.
• Maintain detailed records of site activities, inspections, and progress reports.
• Report design deviations or issues to the design office or project management.
