Location: Riverside Energy Recovery Facility, Belvedere, South East London Kanadevia Inova is seeking a Site Assistant to join our construction project team at our Riverside Energy Recovery project site in Belvedere, South East London. This position is available immediately so those applicants who are available now or with short notice and have the relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Due to the nature of the role, this position is 100% site-based, with no remote or hybrid working. It is therefore best suited to candidates who live locally or are able to commute easily to the site. Key Responsibilities The Site Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the site team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Acting as the site office administrator, including managing office supplies, filing systems, documentation control, and travel arrangements Providing full administrative support to the Site Manager Welcoming visitors and clients to site, including arranging catering and meeting facilities as required Maintaining effective communication and keeping the Site Manager informed of site-related activities Supporting additional site administration tasks as required Please note: This list is indicative and not exhaustive. Additional duties may be assigned to meet site needs. Qualifications Professional Requirements Proven administrative experience, ideally within construction, engineering, or site-based environments Comfortable working in a busy, operational site setting Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Diploma or equivalent qualification in office administration (desirable) Personal Attributes Solution-oriented with a proactive approach Strong organisational and forward-planning skills Clear and confident communicator Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage) Able to work with minimal supervision and manage workload independently If you are a reliable, organised administrator looking to support a major infrastructure project, we would be pleased to hear from you.
