Site/Civil CAD Technician Department: Civil/Municipal Employment Type: Full Time Location: Maumee, OH Reporting To: Jeremey Cook Description The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for a Survey Technician to assist with our projects in Maumee, OH! Key Responsibilities Civil/Site Plan package preparation. Creating 3D surfaces and Grading Creating Sanitary/Waterline Profiles (3D pipe networks) Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Highly Proficient with AutoCAD/Civil 3D Familiarity with good drafting practices. Hydrology software knowledge a plus but not required. Advanced software knowledge. Responsibilities

The Site/Civil CAD Technician will prepare Civil/Site Plan packages and create 3D surfaces and grading. Additionally, they will create sanitary and waterline profiles using 3D pipe networks.
