SITE ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTION:

• G+1 Or G+4 DM Approved License is must
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of Experience in Construction Field
• Researching and providing estimates for projects.
• Reviewing government regulations and ordinances.
• To set out and organize the works by the drawings and specifications.
• To liaise with the main contractor, consultant, and client, as necessary for site work progress.
• To enforce the relevant safety rules at the site and make sure personal protective equipment is worn as and where required by the staff/workmen under their responsibility
• To attend coordination meetings organized by clients and consultants etc.
• Conduct daily briefings with site team leaders to follow up and report on the work progress to anticipate any possible delays in planned tasks.
• Take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time.
• To assist the Project/Construction/Site Manager in supervising and managing site activities for the assigned project.
• To liaise with the project planning engineer regarding construction programs.
• To conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors, where necessary.
• To evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during construction, which affect the quality of works performed.
• Coordinate the handing over of completed works to the clients and completion of the necessary rectification works, per the project specification.
• To check the materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.
• Supervise all on-site construction and conduct site inspections.
