We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer with a strong background in civil engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience in the UAE, specifically in Dubai, focusing on residential villas. The candidate must demonstrate a thorough understanding of local regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- oversee the construction of villas according to approved plans and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including plans, reports, and budgets.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Address any technical issues that arise during the construction process.
- Implement safety and quality control measures on-site
- Coordinate the handing over of completed works to the clients and completion of the necessary rectification works, per the project specification.
- To check the materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.
- To provide data in respect of variation orders and site instructions.
- To provide measurement and valuation, in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor where appropriate.
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: UAE experience in construction of Residential Villas (required).
Good communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
