JOB TITLE: SITE CIVIL ENGINEER

We are seeking a skilled Site Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and managing on-site construction activities for a wide range of civil engineering projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with design specifications and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Civil Engineer or in a similar role on construction projects.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in the UAE.
  • Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple site tasks effectively.

    Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily site operations and ensure construction work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure timely progress.
  • Monitor material usage, equipment, and labor to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and resolve on-site technical issues.
  • Prepare and maintain site reports, including daily progress, material tracking, and site logs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
  • Liaise with consultants, surveyors, and other engineers to manage construction challenges and changes.
