• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is progressing according to plans and schedule.
• Supervise contractors, labor, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Planning & Coordination
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare and review daily and weekly work plans.
• Monitor the allocation and use of resources (materials, labor, equipment).
• Quality Control & Assurance
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure quality standards are met.
• Report any non-conformities or deviations and suggest corrective measures.
• Maintain documentation for quality assurance.
• Technical & Engineering Support
• Interpret and check engineering drawings and plans.
• Provide technical advice and solve problems on-site.
• Handle minor design changes during construction if necessary.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, and material records.
• Track project milestones and report progress to management.
• Assist in preparing measurement books (MB), bar bending schedules (BBS), and billing documentation.
• Health & Safety
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure safe working conditions.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections.
