Job Description Main responsibilities Supervise all civil construction activities on site (foundations, equipment bases, buildings, cable trenches, access roads, drainage, fencing, etc.). Monitor contractor’s daily works to ensure compliance with design, specifications, quality and HSE requirements. Review and comment on civil method statements, ITPs and shop drawings, and follow up on inspections and tests. Record progress, non-conformities and site issues; prepare daily/weekly reports for the Project Manager. Coordinate with electrical/I&C teams, HSE and the EPC contractor to solve field clashes and maintain schedule. Qualifications Profile & requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in civil works supervision on industrial, power or energy projects (PV/renewable experience preferred). Previous GCC / Oman experience is an advantage. Strong knowledge of international construction standards and site QA/QC practices. Good communication and reporting skills in English. Available to mobilize to Sohar at short notice.
