Description The Site Clerk will administratively support the Project Superintendent & the Field Operations Administrator with site specific tasks that can come from various departments, i.e.: payroll, HR, safety & quality, and material handling management. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient operation so we set up our field team up for success. The Site Clerks duties include but are not limited to: Payroll Processing and time keeping for DCI as well as Subcontractors on the job Must be a -Responsible Steward and price shop and negotiate favorable prices. Use accounts when discounts are available. Emergency Contact Information gathering and keeping Time off Requests Maintaining Employee Files and Human Resources Documentation- Confidential Rental Equipment tracking & maintaining for DCI. Must have a valid driver’s license – will run errands on as needed basis. Shipping to and from the Job Site. Assist leadership team with Fleet Maintenance and reporting as needed Requirements Minimum High school degree or G.E.D. Minimum 1 year experience in office or administrative environment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with personnel of other departments/trades. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, and communicate clearly to the crew leads, foremen, and Superintendent’s. General Construction knowledge: high level energy: professionalism. Position information. Full-time, with hourly benefits. Bi-weekly pay periods. Work schedule at 45+ hours per week.
