EDUCATION/TRAINING

Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with Graduate
degree in Business or health-related field within 5 years.

EXPERIENCE

Two (2) years’ experience as a registered nurse in an acute care setting.
One year of leadership experience.
Experience in program development, coordination, and presentation

• Participates with Corporate Education in planning of learning projects, programs, and initiatives.
• Responsible for management of team members including recruitment, retention, supervision, evaluation, and productivity.
• Demonstrates effective group presentation skills when delivering training programs.
• Plans, organizes, and directs department activities.
