The Communications Manager plays a critical role in shaping and executing the site’s communication strategy, ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging messaging to enhance employee engagement, cultural transformation, and stakeholder alignment. The role requires strong project management skills to oversee strategic initiatives that impact the site’s operations, productivity, and overall employee experience.
The incumbent will report to Site GM and work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, government relations and external stakeholders to drive impactful communication strategies and foster a culture of collaboration and transparency

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, Legal or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools, social media platforms, and intranet management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as within a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and confidentiality.
  • Strong perseverance, ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
