Allweiler AS – a subsidiary of CIRCOR – delivers pumps and pump systems to the maritime business in Norway and internationally. We cover sales and deliveries to shipyards and ship owners worldwide, both for new buildings and Aftermarket. We are searching for a Site Controller (m/f/d) – Norway to join its team at our site in Hvalstad.

Employment: Full time / permanent contract
Reports to: VP Finance Industrial

The individual should have a track record of success within a faced paced organization, where they have demonstrated the desire for growth and ability to embrace change.

They should also possess:

• Superior numeric skills, with strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
• Well organized and able to meet established deadlines across multiple projects
• Well-developed interpersonal skills (written and oral), with the ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organization.
• Able to recognize and understand the organization’s preferences and priorities
• Possess the desire for continuous learning and development, whether it be analytical, systems, or process skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in financial management or an equivalent qualification.
• At least three to five years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Very good knowledge of English
• Computer literate in modern ERP systems (preferable SAP), MS office (especially Excel)
• Strong communication tools
• Independent, structured way of working
• High sense of responsibility, initiative as well as enjoyment of working in a team
• Resistance to stress
• Can do and will do attitude
• Strong analytic skills
