Site Coordinator | Gas Networks (Permanent) Join Downer’s Gas Networks team based in our Derrimut office in Victoria, supporting the coordination and delivery of customer capital works across metro and regional gas projects. This is a permanent, full-time role where you’ll play a key part in managing workflows, systems, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in line with client and commercial expectations. THE ROLE  As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing multiple data systems, supporting customer connections, and ensuring that project information is accurately shared among internal teams, contractors, and clients. You will play a key role in handling inquiries, tracking job progress, and assisting with financial and operational reporting related to the Gas Service Contract. Some of the key responsibilities include: * Coordinate customer capital works, enquiries, and job distribution across internal teams and contractors.  * Manage project data, systems and documentation including SAP, scheduling tools and reporting.  * Liaise with stakeholders to ensure estimates, scheduling and job updates are delivered on time.  * Support project closeout, billing, and financial tracking activities.  * Maintain accurate records, “As Laid” data, and ensure compliance with processes and KPIs.    ABOUT YOU You’re a highly organised and detail-driven coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
