Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Site Coordinator to join our team at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for
supporting and enhancing the team member experience by providing support to the human resources team, housing managers, and property managers. Responsibilities
  • Maintain up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation, auditing records as needed
  • Assist with the DMV Pull Notice program and support site safety initiatives by being an active member of the Safety Committee
  • Act as the first point of contact for routine human resource inquiries and collect appropriate information and statements related to workplace injuries, employee concerns, and other issues
  • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for team members, and support recognition programs
  • Administer mileage reimbursement, housing fees, wage garnishments, and other deductions, and distribute paychecks
