We are hiring a Site Coordinator to provide hands-on direct support and leadership to individuals receiving services in Virginia Beach. This role directly supports individuals’ personal growth, independence, and overall well-being, empowering them to live their best lives both on site and within the community. The Site Coordinator has full responsibility for implementing Individual Support Plans (ISP) while providing leadership, mentorship, and direction to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Assistant Site Coordinators (ASCs). This role also serves as a role model for Positive Practices within the workplace. Availability is required for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. The Site Coordinator reports to the Site Service Coordinator or Regional Head of Services.
