SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Program Administrator, the Site Coordinator is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations of the VITA office. Provides quality customer service to clients, supporting staff, and volunteers to ensure operations run smoothly. The Site Coordinator acts as the primary contact between the site and the IRS and will work closely with the Program Administrator on various projects and assignments that will enhance the VITA Program and services.
