As Site Delivery Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our Pune GBS site. You’ll lead local communication and engagement initiatives, ensuring the site is a vibrant and rewarding place to work. You’ll champion minimum service standards, oversee compliance, and manage projects that bring new capabilities to life. From guiding transitions to supporting talent management programs, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating consistency and delivering exceptional customer experiences across all functions. What will you be doing? Site Management Activities: Lead local site communications and events to foster engagement and a positive culture across all functions. Develop and implement minimum service standards and establish methodologies to measure performance. Ensure site-wide consistency with agreed standards and guide teams to achieve compliance. Oversee site reporting and service measurement processes. Define customer experience strategies and drive initiatives to enhance service delivery. Manage site compliance, including incident plans and adherence to BRCM and local regulatory requirements, closing any compliance gaps. Identify and evaluate new areas for transition to the site, prepare business cases, analyze resource needs, and create work plans. Lead projects to introduce new capabilities and manage transitions for GBS and hosted services. Act as local manager for small groups without direct leadership, providing guidance on policies, communications, and engagement. Local Site level Projects/Events & Talent Management initiatives: Drive local initiatives in culture building, rewards and recognition, employee experience, employer branding, campus programs, internships & Unviersity Open Days and recruitment channel strategies Support and Value Drivers Conduct external benchmarking for local functions and implement service-related best practices Execute local site strategy projects effectively. Share and embed global best practices across centers. What will you need to be successful? Graduate degree required; master’s or bachelor’s preferred Minimum 10 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years leading projects with senior stakeholders in service management and delivery and Center level engagements. Strong project management expertise; certifications such as PMP, Agile, or ITIL preferred. Deep understanding of Shared Services and Global Business Services methodologies, including migrations and service delivery models Familiarity with project delivery lifecycles and governance frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum). Program management qualification (e.g., MSP) is an advantage. Proven management experience in large, multinational organizations Hands-on experience working in global, matrixed environments Demonstrated ability to deliver programs and projects across multiple regions on a global scale Track record of building teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement Excellent influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills; fluency in English required Ability to analyze financial and operational data, resolve issues, and propose innovative solutions.
