POSITION SUMMARY:

The Site Development Senior Manager plays a critical role in overseeing site development projects from early due diligence through entitlements and project closeout. As an integral member of the Development team, this role partners closely with internal and external Real Estate, Architecture, and Engineering teams to drive project timelines, manage consultant deliverables, and ensure smooth execution of all development activities. The Site Development Senior Manager is responsible for managing the overall process, leveraging tools like Procore, and ensuring all required approvals and documentation are in place for successful project outcomes.

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL LEVEL/CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or similar field or equivalent combination of education and experience

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• 5+ years of experience in multi-site development or civil engineering, preferably in the restaurant industry
• Licensed PE in Civil Engineering is a plus
• Multi-unit experience (e.g. retail, hospitality, restaurant) preferred
• Strong understanding of permitting, entitlements, and development processes
• Familiarity with Procore, or demonstrated ability to learn new software tools
• Working understanding of construction management processes
• Working knowledge of construction terminology, materials, blueprints, and techniques
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Thrives in an everchanging, fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to shifting priorities
