Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst for our Site Director position. We offer a small, collaborative, and caring community of staff who support one another to provide excellent services for each student we serve. Ideal candidates for this position will have demonstrated supervisory experience, and an effective history of working with individuals with severe behavior.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Site Director oversees daily operations and supervises Special Education Programming requirements as well as facility needs for the students and staff, under direction of the Chief of Staff.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) by the Department of Health of WA or currently eligible for licensure. Applicants who hold a BCBA or BCBA-D credential are eligible for an LBA in Washington State.
  • Master’s Degree (Required)
  • BCBA (Required)
  • Ability to interact with colleagues, providers, and families in a collegial and professional manner.
  • Reliable transportation, current valid driver’s license, car insurance, and working cell phone
  • CPR/BLS (required within 30 days of hire)
  • Food Handlers (required within 30 days of hire)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and physically respond to challenging behavior including pursuit of an eloping student and use of physical management procedures when necessary
  • Ability to pass a background check and driving record check

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as BCBA
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience with Central Reach EMR
  • Experience with Special Education and severe behaviors

  • Starting Salary: $100k per year to start DOE
  • Opportunity Salary: Up to $125,000 based on site census and performance
  • Relocation Negotiable
