The Site Director is an integral part of our Management team based out of our Ireland - Sligo site.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership and direction to all aspects of the manufacturing site, including production, quality, engineering, EHS, technical services, supply chain and site administration, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, implementing and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all manufacturing processes, including production, quality control, and maintenance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the site maintains full compliance with HPRA, EMA, and other relevant global regulatory standards. Serve as the senior point of contact for regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation and adherence to quality assurance programs, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing initiatives, and operational efficiency to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, reporting KPI’s and metrics to corporate stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for site expansion, capability development, and new product introductions.
  • Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team and workforce. Champion a strong safety and quality culture.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the site budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to business continuity, compliance, and supply chain disruptions
