DESCRIPTION

The Site Documentation Controller will have several key responsibilities, including:

  • managing and maintaining construction site documentation, and ensuring it is available both internally and externally.
  • act as the central contact person for collecting redline documentation and will ensure correct versioning and revisioning through appropriate methods.
  • The role also requires the use of IT-supported systems for processing, assigning, and managing document identification according to the project-specific nomenclature.
  • Additionally, the Site Documentation Controller will manage, distribute, and document feedback, returns, and incoming documents from suppliers, the construction site, customers, or other third parties, largely independently in consultation with data management and site management.
  • Further responsibilities include entering the construction site documentation into both the internal project platform and the customer’s platform, checking the formal correctness of the documentation, and supporting the timely delivery for project milestones.
  • The Site Documentation Controller will also be responsible for the dispatch and distribution of the documentation, as well as tracking and logging/archiving it within the project specifications.
