Description

· Developing, reviewing, updating, modifying, and approving electrical design plans and work schedules. · Liaising with clients and other engineers to ensure projects are completed to specifications. · Establishing relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, other professionals, and expanding networks. · Maintaining and improving existing engineering processes. · Participating in conferences, events, and networking and learning opportunities. · Drawing up budgets, schedules, company regulations, and various other documents. · Analyzing existing processes and scheduling meetings to discuss improvement initiatives. · Conducting research, performing diagnostics, and troubleshooting equipment. · Assisting with recruitment, training, and onboarding. Ensuring a safe, positive work environment. · Bachelor of Electrical Engineering. · Related Field Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leading a technical crew including a team of engineers. · Preferred Requirements: o Planning Skills o Project Management o Procurement & Engineering knowledge o Team Leadership o Supervisory Skills o Negotiation Skills Computer Skills

Responsibilities

The Site Electrical Senior Engineer will develop, review, and approve electrical design plans while liaising with clients and engineers to ensure project specifications are met. They will also maintain and improve engineering processes and assist with recruitment and training.
