About the position This role is a key part of our factory’s technical operations, ensuring that our production lines run safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with Flora Food Group standards. As a member of the maintenance team, you will work hands‑on with state-of-the-art industrial equipment, contributing both to daily operational continuity and to long-term improvements through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and participation in new technical projects. So, what does it take to be successful in this role? Key Accountabilities Complies with all safety rules, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation to support the daily operation of the factory, in line with Flora Food Group standards and our Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality Policies. Ensures the smooth operation of factory machinery and facilities. Participates in the maintenance and repair of machinery and installations, as well as in the implementation of new projects. Performs maintenance and repair of production equipment. Conducts fault analysis and troubleshooting. Follows the preventive maintenance schedule. Key Attributes / Required Skills University or Technical University degree; Licensed Electrical Installer, 1st Category, Type A. Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position of responsibility. Computer literacy; Degree in Automation Engineering / Electronics or Electrical Engineering. Previous experience in the food industry will be considered an asset. Strong knowledge in the use and programming of inverters, servo systems, PLCs, and industrial networks. High-quality work standards and adherence to the company’s hygiene and safety rules. Good command of the English language. Ability to work in shifts.
