Aureol Global Connections is looking to expand our team and invite applications for 3 Site Engineer positions. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring that all work is completed according to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards. You will play a key role in liaising with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure projects run efficiently and effectively. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, proactive problem solvers, and passionate about delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring all construction activities align with engineering designs and quality benchmarks. Work closely with project managers and site personnel to interpret technical drawings and ensure adherence to specifications. Coordinate activities of subcontractors and construction teams to optimize the workflow and achieve project milestones. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and building regulations. Prepare detailed reports on construction progress, identifying any potential delays or issues for timely resolution. Assist in the preparation of project budgets and timelines, helping ensure projects are completed within scope and budget. Engage in regular communication with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and address any project concerns. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 years experience in a construction-related role, preferably as a Site Engineer. In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to liaise with diverse teams and clients. Familiarity with project management software and engineering tools is advantageous. Strong commitment to safety and quality assurance practices on-site.
