Our client is from Construction industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Site Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Islandwide.

  • Min Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Min 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Experienced in managing large-scale building or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise on-site work to ensure alignment with design plans, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Manage and inspect structural activities such as foundation work, reinforcement placement, concreting, steel assembly, precast installation, and temporary works.
  • Conduct on-site structural inspections and tests (e.g., material strength, integrity checks) to ensure quality and safety compliance.
  • Track project timelines and highlight any potential delays, proposing recovery actions when needed.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment across teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain productivity and workmanship standards.
  • Resolve technical and drawing issues by liaising with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance and constructability.
  • Prepare and update work-related documents, including method statements, risk assessments, work instructions, construction sequences, and progress reports.
  • Work closely with authorities and consultants for inspections, approvals, and submission of required documentation.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
