SITE ENGINEERS

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Fit-Out Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality execution, and managing on-site operations efficiently. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-end interior projects on time and within budget.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from start to completion.
Interpret drawings, designs, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Monitor and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and workers on-site.
Ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to project timelines.
Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and suppliers for smooth execution.
Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues related to construction or finishing works.
Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are met.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to project managers.
Maintain project budgets and control material wastage.
Work closely with procurement and logistics to ensure the timely delivery of materials
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects. UAE experience is mandatory.
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and joinery works.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Valid UAE Driving License.
Salary- 4500-5500
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
