Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test electronic circuits for smart home devices (cameras, sensors, alarms)
• Optimize the performance and efficiency of electronic components used in smart home products
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics and design specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve electronic hardware issues, improving reliability and performance
• Participate in product development cycles from concept to production

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience designing and developing electronic systems, ideally within smart home technology or IoT
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, PCB layout, and embedded systems
• Familiarity with microcontrollers, sensors, and wireless communication protocols (e.g., Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi)
• Proficient in using design tools such as Altium, KiCad, or equivalent
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electronic systems
• Must reside in Australia and be eligible to work remotely
