JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Engineering experience in housing and infrastructure, particularly groundworks
• Proven setting out expertise on residential sites (roads, sewers, foundations, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple active sites
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong AutoCAD skills and full understanding of digital setting out techniques
• Excellent numerical and spatial awareness
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive

We’re seeking an experienced Site Engineer or Senior Engineer with a strong background in residential groundworks, specifically setting out for housing developments. This is a key technical role, responsible for supporting the successful delivery of groundworks projects across our North Cambridge region sites.
