Job Description – Site Engineer Location: Dubai, UAE Company: Leading Contracting Company Projects: High-Rise Building, Riverton & Villa Projects Position Overview We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. The ideal candidate should have strong site execution experience in high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at site. Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and site teams for smooth project execution. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained. Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage at site. Review technical drawings and provide site-level support. Prepare daily progress reports and update project records. Coordinate with consultants for inspections and approvals. Identify site issues and support timely resolution. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements. Support project completion within planned timelines and quality standards. Interested candidates can share their updated CVs. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects. Experience in high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects preferred. Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution. UAE construction experience is an advantage.
