Job Summary
The Site Engineer will oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities for multistoried apartment projects, ensuring that execution aligns with approved drawings, project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The role requires hands-on site management experience, particularly in reinforced concrete structures, finishes, and MEP coordination for high-rise residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all civil works on-site for multistoried apartment projects.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
• Manage subcontractors, labor teams, and site resources to ensure productivity and quality.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement HSE measures.
• Review and verify work measurements, material usage, and site requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Resolve technical/site execution issues promptly.
• Monitoring manpower productivity, preparing daily/weekly lookahead schedules, and assisting planning engineers.
• Conducting material inspections (steel, concrete, blocks, finishes) and raising/closing inspection requests with consultants.
• Support the Project Manager in meeting project deadlines and milestones.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Safety certifications (preferred)
• Exposure to planning & project control tools(preferred)
• 3–5 years of hands-on site experience on multistoried apartment/high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, and site supervision practices.
• Familiarity with formwork systems, concreting, reinforcement, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site reporting tools.
• Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE, prior GCC experience is an advantage.
