A well established company is looking for a highly motivated Site Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering, specifically in switchgear, control room, and GIB foundation related to substation projects. The ideal candidate will possess 8 to 10 years of UAE experience and demonstrate a proficiency in managing complex projects, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
• Equivalence certificate is required
• TRANSCO competency is mandatory
• ADM license – Practicing Engineer approved from Abu Dhabi Municipality
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction standards, safety regulations, and environmental considerations.

· Proven track record of managing substation projects.

• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in civil engineering software and tools.

· Oversee and manage civil engineering projects related to substations from initiation to completion.
· Coordinate with various teams, including design, construction, and quality assurance, to ensure project requirements are met.
· Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.
· Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
· Conduct site inspections, report on progress, and address any issues that arise.
· Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
· Ensure adherence to Transco standards and other regulatory requirements.
· Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
