ConsultANZ is looking for 3x Site Engineers to contribute to the delivery of major civil infrastructure projects in Coffs Harbour, NSW. Working directly across project scopes, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the completion of high-profile builds alongside an established site team.

Main Duties:

• Oversee site finishing works, including earthworks, utilities, safety barriers, signage, concrete barriers, and pavements
• Manage inspection defects, QA Lot processes, and coordinate subcontractors to rectify non-conformances efficiently
• Support day-to-day technical delivery and ensure works meet stringent quality, engineering, and safety standards
• Collaborate closely with site foremen, project teams, and subcontractors to drive project handover goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years' postgrad experience in civil infrastructure
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer within major civils projects, specifically on earthworks or finishing scopes
• Strong working knowledge of QA Lot management, defect management, and subcontractor coordination

Roster & Travel Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday roster, with potential for every second Saturday as needed
• Location: Coffs Harbour, NSW
• Accommodation: Provided accommodation or LAFHA (Living Away From Home Allowance) covered
