Responsibilities for Site Engineer

• Monitoring and evaluating subcontractors’ work for quality control
• Coordinating site drawings and setting out for subcontractors
• Overseeing groundworks, civil works, RC frames, and residential plots
• Developing strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Keeping site records and quality assurance documentation up to date

Requirements for Site Engineer:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification
• Strong communication & organisational skills
• A detail-oriented, proactive mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
