Job Description The Site Engineer - Corridor 1 will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site activities for metro projects, ensuring the execution aligns with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The role demands strong technical expertise, effective coordination skills, and a focus on safety and compliance. Job Duties: Site Supervision: Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities for Corridor 1 of the metro project. Ensure all work is executed as per approved designs, drawings, and specifications. Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements. Identify and address any quality issues or deviations from the approved plans. Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of work. Act as the primary on-site point of contact for resolving technical and operational issues. Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on-site. Conduct safety briefings and ensure workers are equipped with the necessary safety gear. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports, material usage, and manpower deployment. Report any delays, risks, or issues to the project management team promptly. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve on-site challenges, including technical issues and resource constraints. Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures. Qualifications Graduate degree in Engineering (Civil, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields). Additional Information Minimum 6 years of total professional experience. At least 2 years of relevant experience in metro projects.
