Job Title: Site Engineer – Fit-Out & Renovation Works

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be DM Approved, hold a SOE Membership, and have a valid UAE Driving License. The role involves managing multiple interior fit-out and renovation sites, overseeing subcontractors, coordinating with clients and internal departments, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with other project management tools.
• Uphold practical, hardworking, and collaborative work ethics, promote team building.
• Excellent client communication and negotiation skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Required)
• DM Approved Engineer License (Required)
• SOE (Society of Engineers – UAE) Membership (Required)
• Valid UAE Driving License (Required)
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in interior fit-out, renovation, and technical services

• Oversee finishing works with a strong eye for quality and execution.
