YOUR PROFILE

  • 2+ years of practical experience in an electrical or industrial environment
  • Expertise in operating, maintaining, and repairing electrical or mechanical systems, refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation systems
  • Basic knowledge of coordinating subcontractors and customer interfaces
  • Understanding of passive data networks
  • Ideally, experience in data centers or similar critical or high availability infrastructure is desirable
  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Fluent in German and advanced level in English

Responsibilities

As a Site Engineer (f/m/d) working on one of our Data Center Site based in Sossenheim, you will provide engineering support for monitoring, planned servicing and corrective maintenance on a range of critical data center infrastructure and associated equipment. You will manage routine plant inspections, act as a first-line response and ensure that all work is done in line with relevant regulations and our own processes and procedures. Conduct vendor management and act to maximize uptime/SLA (Service Level Agreement) and improve PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness). Within this function, you are acting with external and internal stakeholders such as Service Planning, Security, 3rd party suppliers and our customers.
