Based at our Dandenong site, you’ll play a key role in delivering major road construction projects, with plenty of variety and the chance to travel to regional locations. This is the perfect role for a recent graduate eager to make their mark in the industry and gain hands-on experience with an industry leader. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the delivery of allocated projects to agreed time, cost, quality and safety objectives. * Monitor project cost, program, safety and commercial performance. * Assist with risk identification, issue resolution and opportunity realisation. * Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Project Engineers and Commercial teams. * Participate in project meetings and prepare reports and presentations as required. * Contribute to tendering, estimating and business development activities when required. * Build, maintain and grow strong client and stakeholder relationships. * Actively lead and promote a Zero Harm safety culture across all activities WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related disciplines. * Exposure in civil road construction, stabilisation or surfacing industry highly regarded. * Ability to work away from home in regional areas frequently. * Successful track record with planning, organising and time management. * Proven experience in identifying opportunities; improvements and solutions. * Demonstrated ability with building relationships with key stakeholders. * Enthusiasm with an aptitude for seeking further opportunities to make a significant contribution.
