We are seeking a dedicated Setting Out Engineer to join our growing team for a key infrastructure development in North Kerry.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (Level 8 preferred) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction-based engineering or setting out role.
Skilled in surveying instruments (e.g., total station, GPS) and setting out procedures.
Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and environmental regulations applicable in Ireland.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude on-site.
Experience in site inspections, technical reporting, and maintaining quality control standards.
Progressing towards or already chartered status with Engineers Ireland or similar professional body is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Carry out accurate setting out and leveling for site works and structures.
Work closely with the project team, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure precise delivery of works.
Assist in site supervision, quality assurance, and compliance with design specifications.
Maintain daily records, prepare technical reports, and contribute to HSE documentation.
Ensure timely reporting of progress and potential issues to the Site Manager or Project Engineer.

Pay: €44,894.13-€69,832.02 per year
