REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
· Minimum 6 or more years of experience in Electrical execution including 5 years in UAE.
· Strong understanding of LV and ELV systems installation, testing, and commissioning.
· Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and inspection processes (DEWA, DCD, Etisalat, DU).

Experience:
· Execute and supervise electrical works at the site as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
· Coordinate daily with the Electrical Project Engineer and MEP team for work sequencing, resource allocation, and technical instructions.
· Ensure correct installation of LV systems including MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, cable trays, trunking, conduit works, wiring, earthing, lightning protection, lighting, and power outlets.
· Supervise ELV installations such as fire alarm, CCTV, access control, voice/data systems, intercom, and BMS.
· Verify that all materials used on site are approved, stored correctly, and protected from damage.
· Monitor site manpower, work allocation, and productivity, ensuring that activities match project schedules.
· Coordinate with civil and mechanical trades to resolve conflicts and avoid rework or delays.
· Prepare daily progress reports, highlighting completed works, pending activities, and any site issues.
· Check work quality and ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements before offering for consultant or authority inspections.
· Attend and assist in site inspections with consultants, DEWA, Dubai Civil Defense, and other authorities.
· Ensure proper cable routing, termination, labeling, and testing as per approved procedures.
· Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings by marking site changes and deviations from IFC drawings.
· Ensure that work areas follow safety regulations, that permits-to-work are obtained, and that workers follow electrical safety procedures.
· Support testing and commissioning of electrical systems under the guidance of the Electrical Project Engineer or Senior Electrical Engineer.
· Provide technical guidance to electricians and foremen for resolving site-level installation challenges.
