We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer – Fit-Out to join our team, ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential).
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiar with UAE building codes, authority requirements, and safety regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
• Knowledge of project scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera) is an advantage.

• Oversee day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.
• Interpret and execute project drawings, specifications, and design intent.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise and monitor site labor force and subcontractor work to ensure quality and productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and snag lists.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and manage storage on-site.
• Identify and resolve any site issues or conflicts promptly.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
