This is a hands-on Site Engineer role where you'll work closely with experienced Project Managers, Site Managers and Foremen, getting involved in the full delivery of concrete structures.

The role

You'll be involved in:

• Set-out, measurements, quantities and pour planning
• Supporting formwork, reinforcing and concrete placement
• Daily site coordination and planning
• QA documentation, ITPs, pour records and hold points
• Procurement, material tracking and subcontractor coordination
• Construction methodologies and temporary works
• Working alongside Project Managers, Site Managers and Foremen

What you'll need

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
• 2+ years' relevant NZ construction experience
• Experience with concrete structures, formwork, commercial construction or civil projects
• Understanding of reinforcement, concrete pours, temporary works and QA
• NZ working rights
• Full Class 1 driver's licence
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, hands-on approach
• Flexibility to travel throughout the South Island when required
