PROFILE

Site Engineer – Remedial | Queensland
Freyssinet Australia is seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join our Queensland Remedial team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse remedial projects across the state, delivering technically challenging solutions while building strong project and client experience.
As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery from start to finish. You’ll be involved in planning, coordination, and execution of works, working closely with Supervisors, Project Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of remedial projects across structures, concrete repair, protective coatings, waterproofing, and other asset rehabilitation works.
  • Coordinate site activities and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and monitor quality assurance requirements.
  • Support project documentation, including procurement, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.

About You

  • Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related discipline).Previous site-based experience (remedial or civil works preferred, but not essential).
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, team-focused mindset.
