We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Engineer with a strong background in the aluminum industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in aluminum installation and site operations, with proven ability to manage site activities, coordinate with teams, and ensure projects are delivered to high standards. Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is preferred, along with a valid UAE driving license.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the aluminum industry.
• In-depth knowledge of aluminum installation methods and site procedures.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems in a dynamic environment.

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities related to aluminum works.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or delays.
• Enforce compliance with safety protocols and site regulations.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to management.
