Position: Site Engineer (HIGH RISE BUILDING EXPERIENCE)
Location: Al Kifaf Area Phase 3, Near Max Metro Station.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team for a prestigious high-rise building project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on high-rise buildings.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise building construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera P6).
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Responsibilities
  • Site Supervision: Oversee all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections to identify and rectify any deviations.
  • Safety Management: Prioritize safety on-site by enforcing safety regulations, conducting safety audits, and implementing risk mitigation measures.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
  • Material Management: Manage the procurement, storage, and utilization of construction materials, ensuring timely delivery and optimal usage.
  • Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, monitor their performance, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, inspection reports, and progress reports.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues that may arise during construction.
  • Client Coordination: Liaise with clients and project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and address any concerns.
