• ️ Site Engineer - Housing

• £300 - £320 per day
• East Midlands
  An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Engineer to join a well-established Civil Engineering and Construction company, delivering high-quality projects across the UK. This role will be based in the East Midlands, primarily in Nottinghamshire.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Construction Engineering & Management (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with adoptable drainage and roads.
• Residential and Commercial project experience (desirable).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Total Station.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Full UK driving licence.

• Involvement in earthworks, drainage, foundations, and substructure works.
• Planning, scheduling, and managing subcontractor operations.
• Accurately quantifying and ordering materials.
• Ensuring project progress aligns with programme deadlines.
• Building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Ensuring Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety standards are met on-site.
• Continuously developing knowledge and implementing best practices.
• Maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS), policies, and procedures.
