JOB SUMMARY:

The Site Engineer - Interior Designing is responsible for overseeing and managing the on-site execution of interior design projects. The role involves ensuring timely project completion, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with contractors, and adhering to design specifications and budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Designing, or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior design project execution or a similar role.

SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design and project management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations on-site for interior design projects.
• Ensure all work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and client expectations.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors, carpenters, painters, and other laborers.
